As the application process for the UP ITI 2022 is closed on 31st July 2022. The merit listed students are invited to counseling based on their rank and you must visit the authorities as per the date allotted. There you can select your preferences like course and college to confirm your seat. Once you select the college and pay the fee your admission will be confirmed. Reservation categories for UP ITI
Certain reservation facilities are provided for candidates based on each category. I will list them below for your knowledge to make proper use of them. These reservations are available on all trades and for all seats of admission.
Reservation for SC/ST trainees – 70 %
Reservation for OBC trainees – 15%
Horizontal reservation
Freedom fighters – 2%
Ex-servicemen – 5%
Physically handicapped (PH) students – 3%
Female candidates – 20%
Preferential Marks provision for UP ITI
Allotment of preferential marks is based on the below positions
Sportspersons – 3 marks
Industrial workers – 5 marks
Dependants of industrial workers – 5 Marks
