SSC Question Papers Marking scheme Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Board SSC Std 10th Question Paper Pattern, Evaluation Scheme and Blueprints it described below.

English: The question paper will be of a total of 100 marks.

80 marks are for the main exam 

20 marks for internal assessment.

While evaluating the answer sheet 40 percent weightage is given to Reading Skills (Textual and Non-Textual). 15 percent of weightage is given to grammar. 25 percent of weightage is given to writing skills and 20 percent of weightage is given to oral tests.

Mathematics: Two papers are conducted in maths paper. One is algebra and the second is geometry. The theory paper of Maharashtra Board SSC Mathematics carries 80 marks and for viva and internal assessment 20 marks are allotted. 80 marks are divided into two equal parts between geometry and algebra. 

Science: The science paper is conducted for a total of 100 marks. The question paper for both the 9th and 10th class is the same. The question paper will be of a total of 80 marks and 20 marks are for viva and practical purposes. The question paper will have a section of the Multiple Choice Question of 20 marks. 

Social Science: Question paper is conducted of a total of 80 marks and the remaining 20 marks are set aside for internal assessment. There are two papers on the Social Science subject of Maharashtra Board SSC. the syllabus is divided into two parts.

Part A: History and Political Science

Part B: Geography and Economics

The total 80 marks are divided equally between two parts and 10-10 marks for internal assessment are divided too.
